How does Wii Active differ from the Wii Fit game?  The EA Active game focuses more on fitness exercises than games, and is separated into 3 main sections, nutrition, lifestyle and fitness.  The fitness section is the core of the program.EA Active, unlike Wii Fit, has a multiplayer mode that allows two players to use the game at the very same time.  Now you can have an exercise buddy join you in your workouts.

The game comes with a controller leg strap which allows the player to connect the nunchuck controller to his thigh.This allows the nunchuck controller’s motion sensors to be used when doing exercises like jogging and boxing. A resistance band, also included with the game, adds intensity to exercises like shoulder lifts and biceps curls.  The Wii balance board is not included with the game.  However, it is compatible with EA Sports Active and adds more functionality to many of the exercises.
