More Muscles…Less Fat – The Boot Camp Way!

If you believe the myth of ‘women bulk up when they lift weights’ then you need to think twice. Women simply do not have the same amount of testosterone as men do, so there are no chances of them looking like the incredible hulk after a few sessions of lifting weights. Genetics are different, obviously between men and women, so don’t listen to people who are not experienced in the fitness world when it comes to that. When you use resistence in your workouts such as by training with weights, you will increase caloric expenditure, boost your metabolism, and reshape your muscles by getting rid of that fat. It’s important for you to realize that you need to lift a weight that is challenging for your muscles if you want to see physical changes in your body. If you didn’t know, muscle takes up less space than fat but weighs more.

When you challenge your muscles you burn fat at a quicker pace as well as burn calories even while at rest due to increasing your metabolism. Of course icing on the cake is when you can see your muscles becoming more defined. Every woman, if given a choice would probably rather have a toned, fit, and healthy body then a flabby, over weight, and unhealthy body.

Sadly, you can’t take a pill or pull out quick fixes from a box to lose weight but what you can do is combine a positive attitude with a clean eating plan, and of course train your muscles with weights, then you will see changes in your body and increase your fitness level like you’ve never thought possible.
